Self-Expression Night: Art experiences for groups
Gather a group together and I will help you get past barriers and learn to visualize through meditation. You will then create artwork that represents your experience. These visuals will help you discover, process and release emotions, understand to your inner voice, or just have fun.
Gather a minimum of 8 people for 45 to 90 minutes. Girls’ night out, couples date night, retreats, athletic teams, corporate groups, youth groups or clubs, birthday parties.
Anyone who wants to experience the magic of art as a healing modality or as an expression of self is ready for this activity.
Cost varies according to desired art materials, location and number of people in group, ranging from $10 to $40 per person.
No previous art experience necessary.
